At Sweetest Stitch we will gladly accept returns of any unworn, regular-priced merchandise that does not meet your satisfaction within 7 days of receipt. You may request a return by emailing sales@sweeteststitch.com. We will prepare and provide a return shipping label via email. Print the return label and adhere it to your package. Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location or drop box.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the merchandise. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Usual turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days plus any additional processing time that may be required by your bank or credit card company.

Original shipping charges and all sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
