Purchases that meet the qualifications below are accepted for return within 30  days of purchase for a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, unwashed & unworn, with tags attached.
  • All Gifts & Seasonal Items are FINAL SALE.
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return or exchange. Accessories include Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses, Handbags, Belts.
  • All bras, bramis, bodysuits, swimwear are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • All face masks & coverings are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Request a return shipping label (online orders only) by emailing hello@sweeteststitch.com. Please include RETURN + order # in the subject line. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for refund to process to your bank.
  • If original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
  • The amount of your return will be less the cost of return shipping label.

Ineligible items will be returned to customer at their expense.
