Shipping Policy

At Sweetest Stitch we make every reasonable effort to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible. We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method. Shipping information will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

Once your package is received, we urge you to inspect and try on your item(s) promptly and with care. If for some reason your item is not what you ordered, is not the size, color, or style you imagined, or you simply do not love it, please return the item promptly in accordance with our Return Policy.

Standard Shipping

We currently ship orders under $75 via standard shipping anywhere in the U.S. at flat $5 rate! All orders over $75 are shipped at no charge. Once you have been notified that your order has shipped, you should expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days*.

Express Shipping

We currently ship items via express shipping within the U.S. at a flat $20 shipping rate. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped on the next business day*. Once you have been notified that your order has shipped, you should expect to receive your order in 2-3 business days*.

Rush Shipping

We currently ship items via rush shipping within the U.S. at a flat $30 shipping rate. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped on the next business day*. Once you have been notified that your order has shipped, you should expect to receive your order in 1-2 business days*.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

*Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or any nationally observed US holidays.

Returns Policy

At Sweetest Stitch we will gladly accept returns of any unworn, regular-priced merchandise that does not meet your satisfaction within 7 days of shipment receipt. You may request a return by emailing sales@sweeteststitch.com with RETURN + order # in the subject line. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund immediately via your original method of payment. If, for some reason, items are received back damaged or worn, we will send you an email to notify you of such.

Original shipping charges and all sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
